Dr. Rekha Chaudhary:
Medical oncologist at The University of Cincinnati Neuroscience institute since 2010
Professor of Medicine in the Department of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Cincinnati
Professor of Medicine in the Department of Neurology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Affiliated faculty with the UC Center for integrative Health and Wellness
Dr. Chaudhary's clinical interest is melanoma and primary brain tumors such as glioblastoma. She has been primary investigator on over 45 clinical trials involving these diseases including several investigator initiated trials.
Dr. Chaudhary's interest is also in integrating conventional medicine with other world philosophies and thoughts, specifically diet modification and its effect on tumor growth
Dr. Chaudhary appeared in the documentary PlantPure Nation which explores the issues of the small family farmer; food deserts. modern medicine and the challenges of getting plant based nutrition included in the political process, she has also been an Invited speaker on this topic nationality and internationally.
