Our run/walk program is a group led run/walk interval workout that will help you train for a 5k! You should be able to walk briskly for 30 minutes prior to starting this program. We encourage participants to exercise at their own comfortable pace. New runners will benefit from the support and motivation of a group. Current runners just looking to get back into shape will benefit from the accountability of a group! Now, you no longer must be intimidated by running and your fitness journey!
2025 Program:
Our spring program will start March 1st with a completion date of April 27th at the Free Your Sole 5k at Woodland Cemetery & Arboretum. You can register online or in store.
