    Asics will be joining us for our Wednesday night group this week!  Our tech rep will be on site with the all new Novablast 4, take it out for your workout and enjoy some treats and swag after!

    Join our running and walking group in Troy. It is a great way to cover a few miles and make new friends! The running & walking group is free of charge and no registration is required.

    Troy Group:  Every Wednesday night in Troy at 6:00 PM-7:00 PM at the store. All abilities welcome.
